Jonathan Wolfson

Senior Fellow

Jonathan Wolfson is a Senior Fellow at the Niskanen Center, where he focuses on healthcare workforce policy reforms at the intersection of healthcare, labor policy, and occupational licensing regulation.

He previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Policy Director at the Cicero Institute, where he spearheaded state-level reforms to expand patient access to healthcare providers across the country among other major projects across the state policy landscape. His writing has appeared in outlets including the Wall Street Journal, STAT News, The Hill, National Review, and Governing.

Wolfson earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was an Olin Law & Economics Fellow and his A.B. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.
