Louisa is director of communications at the Niskanen Center, where her role is to promote the work of our policy experts in print and broadcast outlets. She has previously worked at PR and advertising agency CRAFT Media/Digital, where she conducted press outreach for clients, and in the communications department of the Cato Institute. Ms. Tavlas has worked with a wide range of outlets to orchestrate articles and place opeds, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Associated Press, and Reuters.
Ms. Tavlas received her BA in English Literature from the University of Virginia, and an M.S. in Communications from Drexel University.
