Ciara Wren Malone received her JD and bachelor’s from the University of Kansas. Malone works on Niskanen’s natural gas pipeline litigation docket.
Prior to joining Niskanen, Malone worked in private practice, litigating personal injury and administrative law issues on both sides of the aisle. She is barred in DC and Virginia and has practiced before administrative judges, Virginia circuit and appellate courts, and the DC superior court.
