Employment Policy Fellow

Matthew Darling is an Employment Policy Fellow at the Niskanen Center, where he works on employment and labor market policy issues within the social policy team. Previously, Matthew was a Vice President at ideas42, a behavioral economics consultancy, where he managed projects in a variety of domains including economic justice, climate change, and domestic healthcare. He was also the strategic lead on labor and workforce development. He has a Master’s degree in Economics from Tufts University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and Economics from Hampshire College.
