Monica Rodriguez serves as the Human Resources Associate at the Niskanen Center, where she manages the internship program, streamlines HR processes, and supports key operations and finance workflows. She also leads talent acquisition efforts for full-time staff.

Monica earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Marymount University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational sciences at the George Washington University.
