In a piece for Watchdog, Niskanen Center’s Ryan Hagemann wrote about new FCC regulations that threaten competition in the market and risk increasing the cost of broadband services. Mr. Hagemann argues that the FCC’s approach needs to be more nuanced in order to accommodate new and emerging technologies such as telehealth and telemedicine.
