As the Biden administration rolls out its $2 trillion infrastructure plan (and the whole nation debates what actually constitutes infrastructure in 2021), we’re focusing on how to improve the processes and regulations around infrastructure, so that we’re truly building back better. 

Why is American infrastructure so expensive compared to the rest of the world? How can we build and harness infrastructure that truly promotes equity and environmental justice?
