Caitlin Rowley Gallamore
Caitlin Rowley Gallamore is a health policy analyst at the Niskanen Center, where she works on supply-side policies that improve the affordability of healthcare. Prior to joining Niskanen, she worked as a coordinator for the Center on Health Policy at the Brookings Institution, where she studied health insurance and prescription drug markets. Before that, she served as a legislative associate in the Texas House of Representatives.
Rowley Gallamore earned a master’s degree in public policy from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University, where she was a 2025 Winston Health Policy Scholar, and a bachelor’s degree in health and society from the University of Texas at Austin.
